We were very satisfied with the Simple Rewards Inn for our one-night stay in a double Queen room. The owners are very pleasant and are eager to do whatever it takes to make sure everything is well. Upon our arrival, they gave us a room close to the main entry as we requested. The beds were comfortable, and the water was hot while bathing. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very basic, but generous. We parked near the main entrance, and it seemed safe and secure. We would likely stay here again for the excellent value.

Front dest staff was very nice and helpful with places to eat. The carpet in hall was old and made the place look really run down, but inside the room it was nice. The shower had great pressure and it was hot right away, but there were some cracks in the fiberglass. Room was clean and bed was comfortable however, the sconces on the wall were all hung way to high for any USB cord to plug into your device. TV was huge and both the cold and hot temps on the AC/Heating unit worked really well. I would stay again.

Older property but clean. Simple no frills but had everything I needed: clean room , coffee maker, microwave, fridge and cold air. But front office made the stay even better — the front office lady at check in was so sweet- we talked about cherry picking and she gave me advice on when to go. The gentleman at checkout was also very nice. He had the mini breakfast bar ready super early - and was so nice — asking how my stay was and chatting while I packed coffee and muffins. Great staff — will stay there again

I had stayed here many years back and was satisfied. This trip they accommodated my mom who has trouble walking. They assigned us a room right next to the office so my mom didn’t have to walk too far. I was greeted by a gentleman who was polite. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the shower water was hot and it didn’t run out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This was our 1st family trip out in Ruidoso and the hotel was excellent along with the friendly staff. THey all had great customer service AND breakfast was excellent. We will be going back for sure with Mr. Harry - thank you for your services
